RESCUE MPS™ EXTENDED SERVICE AGREEMENT

The RESCUE MPS™ Extended Warranty Program offers customers long-term assurance and priority service support for critical energy continuity needs. This 10-Year Service Agreement is an optional upgrade available at time of purchase or within 30 days of vehicle delivery.

• Term: 10 years from date of initial delivery
• Eligibility: New units only; enrolled at point-of-sale or during initial warranty period
• Price: $5,000.00 per unit (flat rate, non-refundable once enrolled)

✔ Field Service Labor (on-site or authorized partner technician) 

✔ Priority Replacement Parts (next-day air where applicable)

 ✔ 24/7 Emergency Dispatch (for verified service interruptions)

 ✔ Battery Performance Monitoring & Remote Diagnostics

 ✔ Annual Inspection Report and Preventive Maintenance Checklist 

✔ Generator, Controller, and Inverter Calibration Verification 

✔ Fuel System Inspection, Propane Seal & Line Integrity Checks

• Misuse or negligence
• Unauthorized modifications or unapproved parts
• Natural disasters, accidents, or external damage
• Use of non-approved fuel types or electrical modifications
